Prevention Ethics Training

At the end of this day-long prevention ethics training, participants will:
- Explore the role of ethics in their daily prevention work
- Describe the Prevention Code of Ethics’ six key principles and engage in discussions on ethical issues presented in various scenarios
- Apply a four-step decision-making model to assess and address ethical dilemmas
This training qualifies for continuing education credits through the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals (MCBAP). This Prevention Ethics training will ONLY satisfy the requirement for the ethics requirement for Certified Prevention Specialist or Certified Prevention Consultant.
