SUMMARY:CASH Fall 2026 Webinar - December 2: Pics\, Texts\, and Tracking: Understanding and Addressing Adolescent Digital Dating Abuse
DESCRIPTION:December 2: Pics\, Texts\, and Tracking: Understanding and Addressing Adolescent Digital Dating Abuse\nRelationship violence remains a pervasive reality for young people\, but it doesn’t always look the way healthcare and youth-serving professionals expect. While professionals may recognize verbal\, emotional\,\nand physical abuse\, many are less familiar with how technology\, social media\, and AI have become tools of power and control in teen relationships. From tracking and monitoring to public humiliation and coerced\nsexting\, digital dating abuse takes many forms\, and it’s happening in the devices young people carry everywhere. This workshop equips healthcare and youth-serving professionals to recognize the warning\nsigns of digital dating abuse across different platforms and identities and provides concrete strategies for opening up critical conversations. Through real-world examples and interactive discussion\, participants will\nlearn how to identify when technology crosses the line from connection to control\, and how to counsel and support young people in navigating these complex situations. \nSome of the webinar objectives include:\n• Define digital dating abuse and explain how it connects to larger systems of power and control in adolescent relationships.\n• Identify how digital dating abuse manifests across different social media platforms and describe its impact on young people’s mental health and well-being.\n• Analyze how digital dating abuse may look different for youth based on their identities. \n2026 CASH Webinar-Flyer \nFor Questions:\nDiane Drago\, Webinar Coordinator\nDiversified Management Services\nddrago@dmsevents.com

SUMMARY:The Two-Minute Ask: Elevator Pitches that Move Prevention Forward
DESCRIPTION:The Two-Minute Ask: Elevator Pitches that Move Prevention Forward\nPrevention professionals rarely get more than a minute or two to make their case to the school board member\, county commissioner\, or parent who can actually move their work forward. This 90-minute webinar builds one simple framework\, the three Cs (Connect\, Convince\, Confirm)\, and walks you through writing and delivering a 90-second pitch built around a real ask you actually need to make. Along the way\, you’ll learn to break the curse of knowledge (the trap of assuming someone already knows what you know) by translating your data into a person-centered story with a genuine happy-sad-happy arc. \n AUDIENCE EXPERIENCE LEVEL Click for info \nLEARNING OBJECTIVES: \n\nStructure a 90-second prevention pitch around the three Cs: Connect\, Convince\, and Confirm.\nTranslate a piece of prevention data into a person-centered story that lands with a non-expert decision-maker\nDeliver that pitch with a specific ask and intentional vocal delivery\, including warmth\, and visible passion
