Our Mission
We provide substance misuse prevention resources, training, technical assistance, and support to all 83 Michigan counties. We strive to bridge the gap between research and practice for the enhanced effectiveness of local prevention efforts.
Programs
As part of our mission, we support six programs geared toward networking, resource sharing, and supporting local prevention efforts. These groups represent community coalitions, leaders, policymakers, families, youth, and those passionate about preventing substance misuse.
Trainings & Events
Prevention Network strives to provide high-quality, enriching trainings and events. As an approved provider, Prevention Network will provide continuing education units (CEUs) for prevention professionals through the Michigan Certification Board for Addiction Professionals (MCBAP).
