A virtual training for prevention supervisors, PIHP prevention coordinators, coalition leaders, and individuals wanting to advance in the prevention field

Strong supervision is essential for developing the next generation of substance-use disorder prevention professionals. This interactive session will equip prevention leaders with the skills and tools needed to be effective supervisors. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium (IC&RC) domains, the key expectations of a prevention supervisor, and best practices for supporting new professionals in the field. Through practical strategies and hands-on practice, attendees will leave with a clear framework for managing, tracking, and enhancing their supervision efforts – ensuring success for both supervisors and those they guide.
