Thank you for your interest in presenting at the 34th Annual Parenting Awareness Michigan (PAM) Conference. The Parenting Awareness Michigan (PAM) Conference convenes professionals and volunteers from across Michigan who are committed to strengthening families and supporting parents and caregivers in diverse communities.
The PAM conference provides attendees with learning opportunities about current information on relevant issues, programs, and resources related to parents and families. This includes a keynote presentation; workshops; exhibits showcasing parenting programs and resources; and opportunities to earn continuing education credits.
Conference Focus
The planning committee seeks parenting-related topics presented from a strength-based perspective with a focus on relevant and practical information and resources.
Based on participant feedback from previous conferences, areas of interest include, but are not limited to:
– Fatherhood and engagement of male caregivers
– Anxiety, suicide prevention, and mental health
– Trauma and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs)
– Bullying prevention and LGBTQ+ inclusion
– Mindfulness, resilience, and protective factors
– Substance misuse prevention and family-centered approaches
Exhibitor Form – 34th Annual PAM Conference
- Host an in-person booth with space for multiple attendees at a time.
- Engage directly with conference attendees during designated exhibit time.
- Extended exhibitor engagement time:
- 30-minute morning break for visiting exhibitors
- Extended lunch break for networking and engagement with attendees.
- An additional 15-minute break between afternoon sessions to visit exhibitors.
- Includes one full conference registration, allowing participation in conference sessions.
- Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and refreshments throughout the day.
- One exhibit booth space for one person staffing the exhibit.
- Additional exhibitor staff may attend at the regular conference attendee rate.
- Nonprofit and Governmental Organizations: $100
- For-Profit Organizations: $150
- Presenter Discount: $75.00 (You must be a selected conference workshop presenter)
- The deadline to sign up as an exhibitor is Friday, October 9th, 2026
- All exhibitors will receive an email with conference registration and payment instructions.
