Application/Requirements
Coalition Support and Community Change

Award amounts: $3000.
Limit one award per coalition.
Eligible Coalitions: All Coalitions except those that received sub-awards in FY25
Prevention Network will award up to six (6) coalitions through September 2026. Funds need to be expended by September 11, 2026. Any funds not spent by the final day must be returned to Prevention Network within 10 days of the end of the approved project timeline.

Accepting Application January 1, 2026 Until June 12, 2026 or until funds are exhausted.
