2026 PFS Sub-Awards Application Now Available!

Award amounts: $3000.
Limit one award per coalition.
Eligible Coalitions: All Coalitions except those that received sub-awards in FY25

Accepting Application January 1, 2026 Until June 12, 2026 or until funds are exhausted.

As part of the Strategic Prevention Framework Partnership for Success grant / Michigan Partnership to Advance Coalitions project (PFS/MI-PAC), Prevention Network (PN) via its Coalition Training and Technical Assistance Program is offering sub-awards to coalitions to increase capacity for communities to identify and address tobacco, e-cigarettes, and marijuana issues. PN will disseminate sub-awards to six coalitions to increase the number and quality of prevention strategies or promotion of prevention messages used in communities. Projects will address behavioral health within the community around tobacco, e-cigarettes, or marijuana.

Prevention Network will award up to six (6) coalitions. Funds need to be expended by September 11, 2026.
Any funds not spent by the final day must be returned to Prevention Network within 10 days of the end of the approved project timeline.

Coming Soon: Coalition Coordinator Skills Training

Skills building course for new coalition coordinators. Training topics include Networking & Recruiting, Community Engagement, Meeting Facilitation, Hosting Community Events, Sustainability. Participants completing the course will receive a Certificate for Completion of 6 MCBAP SUD specific CEUs.

Future in-person, one-day training dates TBD.
