Change Leader Academy: Continuous Quality Improvement for Prevention Efforts

This Change Leader Academy (CLA) for Prevention Practitioners is a highly interactive 4-part training series on making change using the tools and philosophies of continuous process improvement. The CLA includes 4, 2-hour Zoom sessions where participants will learn about continuous process improvement and practice using tools in small groups. Participants will leave the CLA with the skills and tools necessary to put continuous process improvement into action in their daily work.
